We specialise in ladies and gentleman's attire, suit tailoring and occasion wear, leather work & motorcycle clothing as well as curtains, roman blinds and soft furnishings. We also have in house expertise for more unusual projects such as bespoke dressmaking, event props, protective bags for sporting equipment, historical and theatrical costume.

Founded by Claire (the owner) in 1994, Alterations Plus has grown to become a leading alterations specialist across East Anglia, with a talented and passionate team based at the Dixon Centre in Norwich.
In 2018 Occasions at Alterations Plus was launched, which later became Sewn In Love in 2024. With over 30 years experience, our aim was to create a specialist Bridal and Occasion wear studio, lovingly and expertly fitting, repairing, altering and restoring your most special pieces. We specialise in bridal and prom attire, ladies and gentleman’s occasion wear, evening wear, Mother-of-the-bride and formal men's tailoring. And for those with something a little more unique in mind, our services would also extend to bespoke dressmaking, custom-made pieces, personalised embroidery and customised veils.
